Eagles Rock Cottage is a lovely traditional Irish cottage overlooking the picturesque Glenade valley in north Leitrim. The cottage is situated on Truskmore (Trosc Mór) in the Dartry Mountain range. It is the perfect location for those looking for a quiet get away from it all.
The cottage sits on over an acre of land and has spectacular views down the valley and back up the mountain. It has been renovated and extended recently to modern standards to provide added levels of comfort in this beautiful and very peaceful setting.

Activities
The location of Eagles Rock Cottage is perfect for any number of outdoor activities. It is situated 300m from the start of the Eagles Rock trail, a trail that takes the walker onto Trusc mor for fabulous views of Glenade and Donegal Bay. It is the perfect location for:
- Hillwalking - through the Dartry mountains
- Cycling - through the quiet country roads
- Mountain Biking - at Coolaney National MTB Centre
- Fishing - course fishing in Glenade Lake and Salmon and Trout by license in the Drowse
- Surfing - at Bundoran off the beach, or off 'The Peak'
- Nature Photography and Painting- around the cottage and general Glenade area
Of course if you just want to get away from it all there is a well stocked library of books for quiet hours of reading by the wood stove.
