Bookings are for a five night minimum.

A booking runs from arrival at 4pm  to checkout at 11.00am, this gives us time to service the cottage between bookings.

Bookings must be confirmed with a 50% (of total cost) deposit.

The balance (rental figure rate plus damage deposit of €300) must paid in full at least four weeks prior to arrival.

The damage deposit is refunded after the cottage has been serviced. We have never had to keep a damage deposit to date.

There is a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

Generally bank transfer is the easiest way to conduct payment.

We offer returning visitors a 10% loyalty reduction on all rates.
